As such, please omit the following from your CV and cover letter:

  • your name

  • your address, phone number and email address

  • links to social media (i.e. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)

  • educational institutions you attended and years attended 

  • your picture/photograph

  • your references from previous employers, university professors, etc 

  • your nationality and/or right to work status

  • your gender, sex, age, ethnicity, race, religion and/or any other personally identifiable characteristics

 

Please do include the following information on your CV and cover letter:​

  • names of previous/current employers

  • job titles and descriptions of the role/what you did

  • awards and accolades 

  • dates of employment

  • specific university courses 

  • university degrees

  • scientific publications

  • relevant volunteering experience

Applicants who fail to do this will be disqualified. In line with this policy, we conduct standardised interviews where the same questions are asked of all applicants.
